Grant H. Laughlin
Founder & President

Grant Laughlin, a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker, founded The Laughlin Companies, LCRG and Office Finders in 1982, and has continuously operated the firms since their inception. A Dallas native and University of Texas at Austin Business School alumni, Grant is also a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR)

Active in civic and community affairs, Grant is a Life Member of the Sons of the Republic of Texas (and past President of the Thomas J. Rusk Chapter), a member of the Sons of the American Revolution, and a past Board member of the Lemmon Avenue Bridge, past Chairman of the Board and president of The Dallas Executives Association, a member of Dallas Social Venture Partners, while also lending his experience and energy to the Boy Scouts of America, the Park Cities YMCA, North Dallas Chamber Baseball, and the SVAA Athletic Association.

Grant is married to Karen and has two sons that keep him very busy when he is not working on a lease or property sale! Grant and his family are members of Highland Park United Methodist Church.

Matt Perry-Miller, Senior Director

Matt Perry-Miller has been with LCRG since 1990 and serves as the Senior Director. Matt is a licensed Texas Real Estate Salesman, is a member of the North Texas Commercial Association of Realtors (NTCAR), and has specialized in Tenant Representation for over 21 Years.

Matt is a graduate of Southern Methodist University in Dallas, Texas and The Hill School in Pottstown, PA.

Matt is active in charitable organizations: he is one of the four founding members of Quail Coalition and is currently serving on the board as secretary; and was the 2010 Special Event chairman for Park Cities Quail; the Vickery Meadow Learning Center, where he served on the Board from 2002 - 2009; and supported The Boy Scouts of America through participation in and sponsorship of sporting clays teams. He is also very active in local social organizations such as the Calyx Club and The Dallas Gun Club. His hobbies include woodworking, upland hunting, and fly-fishing.

Matt is married to Elizabeth and they have one son. They are all members of St. Michael and All Angels Episcopal Church.
